I am a fully qualified therapist and I gained my Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton.
In addition to this training I am also a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their code of ethics. This means that I am committed to certain standards of practice and ethical values. As a member of the BACP I am also committed to continual professional development to make sure that I keep up to date with the latest thinking and research in the arena of counselling and psychotherapy.

My Counselling Experience
I have experience as a volunteer counsellor with Horsham and Crawley Counselling group, working with adults dealing with a variety of issues. I also have experience working with Cruse Bereavement Care in West Sussex, providing counselling for those who are struggling after the death of someone close.
My counselling fee is £45 per session.
Each counselling session is for 50 minutes. Counselling sessions take place weekly.
I also offer the following reductions:
£35 per session for full time Students (age 18-25) and Trainee Counsellors.
If you would like to see if counselling is for you, I suggest trying an initial session. This initial session is a chance for us to meet and for you to find out what to expect from counselling and whether it is right for you. There is a reduced fee of £25 for the initial session.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the session.
Monday to Friday, 7.45am-6pm
(earliest session time available is 7.45am and latest is 5.10pm)
At the moment all of my counselling sessions are either online via Zoom or by Telephone. I am hoping to return to in-person counselling in June.
If you would like to find out more please contact me with any questions or to book an initial appointment.
