

My Training
I am a fully qualified therapist and I gained my Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton.
In addition to this training I am also a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their code of ethics. This means that I am committed to certain standards of practice and ethical values. As a member of the BACP I am also committed to continual professional development to make sure that I keep up to date with the latest thinking and research in the arena of counselling and psychotherapy.

My Counselling Experience
I have experience as a volunteer counsellor with Horsham and Crawley Counselling group, working with adults dealing with a variety of issues. I also have experience working with Cruse Bereavement Care in West Sussex, providing counselling for those who are struggling after the death of someone close.

My Fees
My counselling fee is £55 per session.
Each counselling session is for 50 minutes. Counselling sessions take place weekly.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the session.

Monday - Morning & Afternoon
Tuesday - Afternoon & Evening
Wednesday - Not Available
Thursday - Afternoon & Evening
Friday - Afternoon
(Note: I don't work at the weekend)
