My Training

I am a fully qualified therapist and I gained my Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the University of Brighton.

In addition to this training I am also a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their code of ethics. This means that I am committed to certain standards of practice and ethical values. As a member of the BACP I am also committed to continual professional development to make sure that I keep up to date with the latest thinking and research in the arena of counselling and psychotherapy.

My Counselling Experience

I have experience as a volunteer counsellor with Horsham and Crawley Counselling group, working with adults dealing with a variety of issues. I also have experience working with Cruse Bereavement Care in West Sussex, providing counselling for those who are struggling after the death of someone close.

My Fees


Each counselling session is for 50 minutes.

The fee for the initial session is £25. This initial session is a chance for us to meet and for you to find out what to expect from counselling and whether it is the right thing for you.

If after an initial meeting you decide that I am the right counsellor for you and that you want to go ahead with regular weekly counselling sessions then the fee will be £40 per session*.

Payment can be made by cash or card on the day of the session or in advance by bank transfer.

My Availability

I have flexible appointments in East Grinstead on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
